Being the Boss in the USA is not an easy thing.
Power is divided in different areas, but the President seems to have ultimate say in many things including the power of Vito.
The U.S. has three branches, Executive, Judicial, and Legislative.
The power of the Executive Branch is vested in the President, who also serves as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces.
The Judicial Branch hears cases that challenge or require interpretation of the legislation passed by Congress and signed by the President.
The Legislative Branch of the federal government consists of the Congress, which is divided into two chambers-the Senate and House of Representatives. by Ryan
The Checks and Balances Process of the United States Government
In the U.S., we have three branches of government, the executive branch, the legislative branch, and the judicial branch. These three branches make the laws, vote on the laws, and make sure that the laws are fair. This process starts out at the legislative branch. This branch makes the laws that the citizens of the country think should be made. At the legislative branch congress votes on the law. If the majority of congress says, "yes this should be a law", it then goes to the executive branch, where the president stays. If the majority of congress says that it should no be a law, it turns into a debate. At the executive branch (the white house) the president says yes or no, if he says no, that is called a veto, and it has to go back to congress, but if congress says yes again, they can overcome the president's veto. If the president says yes, it goes to the judiciary branch where they decide if the law is fair or not. If they say that the law is fair, it becomes a law. If they say the law is not fair, congress and the president have to vote again, and if they say yes, it becomes a law. This process of government is called checks and balances. Through the process the "law" is called a bill. Only until the president signs it, is it called a law.

Rights of the USA
In the USA they have rights I’ll name a few.Freedom of religion ,
Freedom of assembly, - to keep and bear arms,
Freedom of the press and
Freedom of speech.
Also protection for those accused of crimes,
right to trial by jury and right to an attorney.
Some of the rights are a little bit confusing so I will explain what they mean.
Freedom of assembly: means that you can hold an assembly about something
To keep and bear arms: means you can have a gun and carry it around too.
Freedom of the press: means the press can write anything
Right to trial by jury: means you can have a trial to be proven innocent or guilty.Freedom of speech: means that you can say what you want.
Freedom of religion: means you can have any religion want.
Right to an attorney: means you have the right to an attorney or lawyer if your in any trouble.
But the president has to agree with these rights first before they become a right so they hold a meeting to see what everyone thinks of it so then they all go back and they vote on it and if it’s a bad idea. They don’t use it as a right and if it’s a good idea they will use it.
