I think Junichiro Koizami is the boss because he is the Prime Minister of the world's greatest nation Japan. Junichiro has manage to keep the peace between Japan and the other countries of the world for years. Junichiro was born in Yokosuka City on January the 8th 1942. In 1960 Junichiro graduated fromYokosuka highschool. in 1972 he was elected as a member of the House of Represenatatives. In 1988 Junichiro got his first cabnet position as Minister of Health and Well Fair. Japan is slightly smaller than California and has a population of 127,417,244. Japan has four parties, a Democratic Party, a Communist Party, a Liberal Democratic Party, and a Social Democratic Party. Junichiro has brought Japan through their finest years and I think there will be more to come.

Although a dictator may be overwhelming to some, in parts of the world it is the best way of keeping the people safe and alive.
